I took my truck in for an AC issue. After diagnosis, Dave explained what the next steps were. I agreed and gave Dave the go ahead. Unfortunately this fix did not totally solve the problem. Now as a former mechanic I understand that this happens occasionally so I do not disagree or blame Dave or his crew their initial findings. Dave then gave me a quote for the next step which was much more than I thought it would be. There was no pressure Dave was totally understanding when I told him I would consider the next step When I went to pay the bill I was surprised that I was not charged for the work that didn’t solve my issue, including the parts. That just doesn’t happen in today’s market, or so I thought. Bottom line…I highly recommend this shop and if necessary would use them again

I am so glad I found this auto shop! Dave was amazing from the first time I spoke with him. He was very knowledgeable and gave really great price—not overcharged at all like other shops. Dave got my truck done really fast and it’s running perfectly. Amythyst who I spoke to on the phone prior to making contact with Dave was friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!!
