Dave was extremely through with his inspection of my car. He sent me a list of all the check points that were covered. He then listed his recommendation's for repair, and included the cost. There was no up-selling. He was prompt, courteous, and kind. I would and have told family and friends of my experience at True Car Care. Dave and his staff will be my go to repair shop for my LandCruiser & Sonata Hybrid.

What a refreshing experience. Not only did they fix the leaky heater hoses, but the TrueCare team did a thorough inspection. Sent the report with pictures and told me that I should be aware of the issues, but didn't need to fix anything right away. I appreciate knowing and further appreciate not being pressured into doing work that can wait. Shop rate is fair and they didn't jack up the price on the parts. By far my best experience with a repair shop in the EDH/Cameron Park area. I also am impressed with their use of technology. Makes communication easy and transparent.

Best service. I went to TruCare as a recommendation. I ended up having decent amount of maintenance done before getting the report. I was so shocked to see the thorough report sent to me with pictures and videos of the findings. It is so important for customers to know what they are spending money on and having a business that displays it the way TrueCare does is Customer Service at it's Best. I want to say they Do NOT push sales and prices are extremely reasonable. Thank You TrueCare

Dave and Chris at True Care did a fabulous job on both of our cars. Dave does an inspection even when he's just doing an oil change. In one case, he found a slight oil leak under the timing cover, and suggested it's probably covered under our "certified used car warranty". He suggested we call the dealership. Sure enough, it was covered. He COULD have said he'd repair it for us and charge us for the repair. (And, it would have been something I might have gone for, not completely knowing about the warranty.) We have found True Care Automotive to be honest, trustworthy, and excellent in quality of service!
