(I hope I put 5 stars, because this place deserve 5!) I just moved into the area and my A/C was broken. Definitely need that working for summer! Was able to make an appointment online. Dave contacted me, and confirmed the appointment. When I went in, it was super quick and easy to drop off my car, and even better, they fixed it same day and for a great price! I’m used to places that try to push unnecessary services, but not this place! I over heard them talking to another client stating, they recommend a type of service, but stated it’s not necessary at this moment. I love that type of honesty! Amy, I believe that was her name, and Dave were super friendly and professional! Thank you again! Brand new client, and now a future client for any car issues I might have! :)

Dave and his team are truly wonderful. They were honest, and upfront about the services that our vehicle needed. They were prompt in getting the job done. Overall, Dave and his crew offered excellent work with exceptional customer service. I highly recommend them.

We had an error code on our BMW. We had to have it towed and Dave was able to facilitate that for us with AAA. From start to finish he kept us in the loop and while it did take awhile to diagnose due to multiple error messages, they got the job done! Highly recommend this shop!

This is my first visit to TrueCare Automotive. I've been looking for a place to get my car serviced for a couple of months. My first experience was a very positive experience. I'll continue to bring my car here for service.

Dave's TrueCare Automotive is the only place I'll be taking my car going forward. On my first service I received a comprehensive report, along with pictures, of all the issues the car had (it's an old car...) together with explanations and rankings (is it important? or not a big deal?). I chose the items that I thought were most important to deal with and Dave's team got right on it. I received text notifications on where things are or if there were any issues that needed my attention. When the service was done, I got a new, updated report, showing me what was actually done. Welcome to the 21st century!
