Shingle Springs Auto Repair

I have been using TrueCare for about three years new to El Dorado Hills. They have always very upfront on the costs of service and the service they performed. As a single women I need to trust the service on my car for safety, True Care definitely has met that need.

I am very impressed with the service provided by TrueCare Auto, and would highly recommend them to anyone needing service on their vehicles. The AC on my Audi A7 stopped working, and the team there quickly diagnosed the issue and were able to order the necessary part and make the repair same day, which was very much appreciated.

Dave and his crew are on it! Super helpful, honest and trustworthy! Truecare auto is a great resource if you need help with your car or truck!

Took my car into TrueCare for inspection of my brake light. They were prompt with finding what was wrong. They explained everything to my level of understanding. They were informative, helpful and friendly. Definitely returning again next time I need repairs.

Excellent Service!

Great experience with this shop. Everything was completed as requested and quotes were aligned with the expected work. They only complete work that is necessary. It's no surprise they book out quickly, but worth the visit with planning. The receptionist and owner were very helpful, friendly, and professional.

Dave and the team at TrueCare are honest and reliable. Dave spent valuable time talking me through different repair options on my VW Jetta. We will be back!

Just what I would expect from a Auto mechanic shop. I'll definitely be back.

Dave spent time with me as went over the options for repair and upgrade on an older vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and I got in and out quickly as well. Nice to know a mechanic who cares. I will use TrueCare again.
